One way to leverage your knowledge from valuations expertise / RAC “iron sharpens iron” education and network of the best appraiser in the USA is to get into development space. I think it’s especially critical given our background as RAC appraisers given we know better than most market participants of forecasting values and understanding intrinsic value in residential paradigm.
